Teams leadership breakdown

I believe to make the operations more milsim is to incorporate platoons, squads, and fire-teams with possible enlisted rank billets (Marine preferably). I understand it is a little much to ask for this year but maybe you guys can incorporate this kind of game play next year.

This is definitely part of our plan! Once we get more players active on our forums we will start assigning players into squads and establishing a more stable leadership structure.

It is likely this will take place sometime next year!
